We like to have a as much time
as possible to make sure that your product is made to your exact specification.
However, lead times depend greatly on the project and the season. We are proud to
say that we have a shorter lead time than our competitors. The lead time on a
re-order is reduced significatnly.

What type of artwork is needed?
Draw it on a napkin or create an art file.
We can work with whatever you are able to produce. However, there are specific requirements
for artwork in order to reduce your art preparation fees.

Our customers build relationships with us and the first line in that relationship

Can I track the progress of my order?

Client Center. We are in the process of creating an
internet-based customer center. This system will enable you to track your jobs, release stock,
repeat orders, send messages, request quotes, and many other things.

Can I use my current shipping company?
Definitely, we can use any shipping company and may
even be able to ship to you at rates that are lower than you are used to.

Can BGS deliver my parts to multiple plant locations?
This is simple. When we set you up as a customer
we can include as many shipping addresses as you wish. When you place an order just inform us on the
shipping location.

What are the capabilities of BGS?
We do printing, cutting, laminating, art preparation,
color matching, inventory management, prototypes, 3-D effects, etc. We have equipment to handle almost
