We can help with the selection of materials, the layout/design
of your product. We will take your hand-drawn or computer-designed
graphic image and convert it to the appropriate file

LAMINATING
Our
finishing services allow us to furnish a product that
is ready to use. An over-laminate will extend the
life of your part by applying a protective layer over
the surface of the printed part. Pre-mask facilitates
the application of graphics and striping.

COLOR
MATCHING
Because
you may want to match a color on your equipment, we
have computerized color matching to meet your exact
color needs. All matches are evaluated with a spectraphotometer.
We also check each on-press color print to verify
that it meets the established parameters. Once the
ink is prepared we can send a sample to our customers
for color approval.

PROTOTYPES
Our
digitally printed prototypes allow you to see the
printed part before production actually begins. The
prototypes can also be applied to your equipment so
you can see it as it will be seen in the final product.

INVENTORY
MANAGEMENT
We
will help you to track your inventory. In fact we
have computerized production system that allows us
to collect and maintain valuable information on work
in process and parts in storage. This allows us to
maintain a specified part count at all times, which
will allow you to set a minimum level and forget about
it. We have the capability to create reports for our
customers that summarize jobs that are run. This could
include usage reports by part, usage by size, average
monthly order size, etc.

QUALITY
CONTROL
Continuous
Improvement is important to us. We have a Manager
who is instrumental in assisting BGS and customers
to modify and improve the supply chain. We are currently
ISO 9000 compliant. The Continuous Improvement Manager
is responsible for creating and organizing the required
documentation to satisfy the certification requirements,
including systemic procedures, process work instructions,
and all supporting forms. A Quality Steering Committee
of upper management has been created to review and
approve all documentation related to the BGS Quality
System.
